BELOVED ex-dancer Len Goodman has died following a battle with cancer.
He returned to the UK, after working in the US, as a loving gesture to his grandchildren in order to spend more time with them.

Len Goodman has two grandchildren from his son James William Goodman.
His eldest grandchild, Alice, was born in 2015.
Her brother, Dan, was born four years later in 2019.
Len had been a judge on the US hit show Dancing With The Stars on ABC from the programme's launch in 2005 through to 2022.
He announced in 2022 that season 31 of Dancing With The Stars would be his final season after 17 years to spend more time with his family and grandchildren.
In May 2022 he said: "When you get to a certain age, you realise the most important thing is family.
"My son James and his wife Sophie are lovely, and I've got two wonderful grandchildren, Alice, seven, and Dan, three. They're terrific."

"A much loved husband, father and grandfather who will be sorely missed by family, friends and all who knew him."
