He is a research professor in urban communication and education at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Hill is the host of UpFront on Al Jazeera English. Previously, he hosted the television series Our World with Black Enterprise and hosted HuffPost Live online on the Internet. He is also a reporter for BET News and a former political commentator for CNN and Fox News. Hill is also hosting a VH1 Live! and reunion programs for basketball women. Hill was sacked as CNN commentator after his speech at the United Nations on the Arab-Israeli conflict was deemed anti-Semitic.
