Why Nickelback expanded their tour
Nickelback expanded their tour "due to incredible demand" as per Blabbermouth.net.
ET Canada described the demand as "overwhelming."
On November 18, 2022, the band released their tenth studio album, Get Rollin,' which inspired the upcoming tour.
Where the name came from
Before he was a full-time musician, the band's bassist, Mike Kroeger worked at a Starbucks.
The name came to him as he repeated the phrase, "here's your nickel back" when he handed customers their change.
And hence, Nickelback was born in a popular coffee-chain.
